Exsom Connect

The Fogbugz database provides simple but effective tracking of issues and bugs within a client or customer project. As the central project management element for Exsom, Fogbugz cases are used for project tasks, feature requests, bug reports and software support issues. Complementing the Fogbugz case system, the Exsom Wiki allows us to provide documentation on a variety of topics to help our clients and partners interact with Exsom.

The Exsom Fogbugz system allows us to maintain organization in our requests from clients and give our customers the ability to track and review past tickets. Tickets that are marked as "Urgent" generally receive a response within a 24-hour period. Please note that some tickets may remain open days or weeks depending on the type of request or troubleshooting required to resolve the issue.
